Here is my car's current state of tune thanks to Rickie, Brian and Donny (Import Tuner) at Import Specialty Automotive in Tacoma, Washington.

Hey Mike -
Could you explain a little more about the situation with his A/F issue? I'm not real familiar with that so i guess learning from an example like this would be tits. What do the numbers mean next to the a/f? Sorry for sounding like such an idiot - but i've never had any "real" dyno time or tuning experience. Thanks a lot!

So, why does the A/F take a dump at 4600?
Is it the ecu, or is it one of the JR add-on fuel parts?
hrmm... on an NA LS dyno there is always some funny stuff going on in that range. That also happens to be about the rpm that an NA LS seems to wake up and get on the power.
But with this dyno, this is where it starts to fall off... This looks like a good place for an SFC or AFC... and of course a Zdyne would be worth a ton of power right here.
I think with a zdyne this engine should break 170s at about 6500 rpm. Torque peak would move up and increase by at least 5-7 ft-lbs.

Any chance you could post boost and fuel pressure values at WOT for a few points along this graph?

I'm no tuner, but if I wanted my engine to last under boost, I think being rich like that is the best thing for it.
I know Honda ECUs go rich when in VTEC at WOT...but how much? Less than this?
Looking at exhaust gas temperature - like they do on aircraft engines - seems like a good idea here. Leaning out under boost will cause your EGTs to go up. I would tune the A/F ratio for comparable (or reasonably higher) EGTs to a stock motor for longevity. Just a thought.

Full 6 psi of boost is at around 5500 or so and I feel like an ass, but I don't know the max fuel pressure. With the JR FPR it was 55 static and around 85 at WOT. I haven't paid attention to max pressures since the Cartech was installed and these runs were done. I am about to get on a plane in a few hours though so I don't know if I will be able to post that info until next week.

See this is why a wide band o2 sensor ROCKS, for those shops that have them.
If you could ad a little fuel down low, and remove a little fuel up high, then advance the timing just a little, you would get a good measurable butt dyno increase.

This is an initial dyno graph using what Zach had to adjust...
We started out a little leaner than what I would have liked to see, and progressivly added fuel as boost increased...
Sure, it would be great to flatline that graph at 12, but when your attempting to dial in a combination, fuel is ness, to insure that you customer can drive his car away...
We'll fine tune his car conservativly...
And make additional power on each pull...
We don't have alot of blower experience,
so we're gonna try to sneak up on it...
Once we get this combo dialed in, we're gonna screw it all up, and bump the boost 3psi. and start over again...
Zach picked up 7.9hp on this trip...
And he'll probably pick up another 5 to 7 on our next session (remember Rome wasn't built in one day)...
Am I taking the wrong approach at this ?...

It doesn't hit full boost until 5500RPM? The rise rate on the regulator could be too high. Is your kit equipped with a pressure switch and relay tapped into the IAT circuit? If so, do you know at what pressure the switch opens?
Anyhow, it looks to me like you ought to be able squeeze a tad more out of it with fuel tuning alone. Wouldn't 165HP to 170HP and a flatter torque curve above 4500RPM be nice?
